We were greeted by Walid at the reception with a smile and professionalism. He answered all our wishes and made our stay unique. The water in the outdoor pool is very warm and suitable for children, cleanliness and friendly staff everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Pyramids Park Resort Cairo is set in 25 acres of gardens, just 5 minutes drive from the Pyramids. It has a 1750 square metre pool and all its rooms have balconies.

The hotel is fantastic, all the facilities, the pool and the bar, the sunbeds. The dj was spinning great tracks during the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, from the Reception to cleaners, the chefs, the lady who baked the bread, waiters, whoever I met they made my experience great and excellent. Especially Sheriff the conciergie and Reshma ( I do not spell well her name, Receptionist lady), and Mohammed from Reception, he has a great sense of humor he fixed so fast one of our problem with the door and the maintenance guy, well done to them. The cleaners are doing a fantastic job, our room was spotless every day! I hope they are all recognised for their hard work.

Absolutely loved our stay at Mena house and the staff were incredible throughout the whole property. Obviously the views are amazing but the property is well maintained and has so many wonderful amenities available like the pool and restaurants. We loved our stay so much we pushed out our holiday to stay here longer.

Very pleasant stay in a 5 star hotel right by the pyramids. I enjoyed my stay so much and was being attended to by professional well trained staff. My special thanks to the managers: mr ali from the front desk and mr abdel ghaffar the duty manager, also the kind f&b managers. The room was very clean and the sheets changed daily. Breakfast was also delicious. The gardens are so relaxing and well kept. Live music by the pool in the evening.Thank you mr walid gm for reviving this beautiful hotel.It was a great pleasure.Looking forward to my next visit inshallah.
