Very clean, beautifully presented and well maintained. The staff were all fantastic and did their very best to accommodate my poor German vocabulary! The room was cleaned daily, mini bar restocked and towels changed as and when required. The pool was lovely but unfortunately the sauna was off when I went to try it. Location was off the Main Street but not by much, a 10 min walk from the train/bus station.

This was the best hotel that we stayed in. The breakfast was delicious the variety of food was good. We really enjoyed the afternoon snack. Dinner was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. bed and pillows very comfy. Bathroom was also spacious and modern. The location was excellet. The service from all the staff at Hotel Zugspitz was awesome!

Me and my wife traveled with a baby boy 1 year and 10 months old , The hotel exceeded our expectation , For the first time I felt as I owe to them, Staff is very responsive and helpful , I would like specially to thank, Mr Bozilov and Svetlana from reception . Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very beautiful, clean, and cozy interior. Everything is up to date and very nice. Rooms are furnished very modernly. Breakfast is very nice, quality food with authentic German food. The host made me fresh eggs and bacon. Very quiet. Very close and convenient to the train station, yet you will not see or hear it. Restaurants and bars and shopping within a 5 minute walk. I hope I get to return some day.

This was my second stay in this hotel. That should explain how amazing my first experience must have been! First time i booked a couple room and the second time a room with 4 beds because we were a group. Both the rooms were very comfortable. The staff, both the times was very very helpful. They let us keep our luggage after check out so that we could enjoy our day trip to zugspitze. The restaurant has amazingly tasty food! There is also a souvenir shop exactly opposite to the hotel. This is my fixed stay every time I will visit Garmisch in future for sure :)
