We only stayed a night at the hotel (mid-December) as someone was hosting us in town for a few weeks. The accomodation was of course faultless. All very pleasant, yet not the highlight of our stay. TRUST US ON THIS. The HOTEL RESTAURANT BÍLÝ PÁV is INCREDIBLE. It serves up MAGNIFICENT food. During our time in town, we ate lunch here pretty much every 3 days. Chef Pavel publishes a brand new lunch menu every single day on the website the night before (wow, what a dedication & professionalism), and we were just floored by the quality and the taste of the food. We left Benátky nad Jizerou for home, totally distraught at the thought of not being able to lunch at the restaurant for a while. WE . WILL . BE . BACK . SOON 💯 !!! · Mega shopping complexes nearby, and Prague is easily reached. Beautiful place Český Raj. Dětenice is near starý hrady and hrad kost. Friendly personal. Good offer price wise. Quite place. No problem parking. Beautiful garden with nice outside barbecue possibility.

Very nice for what we needed…we stayed one night for the purpose of visiting Houska Castle (4/5 min drive away). Bedroom was nice and bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and food was good. We had dinner there and the breakfast before we left was a buffet. Our favourite part was the goats who we could see from our bedroom window!
