The location was very good…easy to find opposite a huge super market..the owner was very helpful..spoke English which was a big advantage…he booked cab for me for the airport…the hostel felt very much like home…you could make your tea/coffee in the common kitchen…would definitely stay if I come to Punta arenas…I high recommend this place

Very kind owner. Excellent wifi. On the day of check out, I had to leave before breakfast time and they left me a package with breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer. Very central.

This is a small hotel, the room had a good size and was spotless clean. Breakfast was included and was very good. The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. They only have a few parking spaces but it was never a problem to get one. The location is perfect, the Plaza del Armas is only a short walk away.

Beautiful building, large rooms. Staff very pleasant at all times, but felt " homey". I loved having a cocktail at the bar, and i walked everywhere for lunch / dinner / cruise check in. ( only not to national park) Theres a wonderful " patagonia hecho a mano" down the block. Not souvenirs but artisan wool products

Very nice hotel. Room was good, clean and spacious. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Central location just up the road from town square and short walks to local sights. Easy for taxis and tour pick ups to find. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.
