The facilities are so good! the room was big and very comfortable. The location is really convenient and the staff were so nice. The restaurant is of high quality and the breakfast buffet full of tasty choices. Opening times are also very convenient.

Amazing hotel in El Calafate. The whole hotel has a snow lodge feel which is very homely and cozy. They had heated floors, drying rack, all very welcome as it was quite wet for our perito merino tour. They have a restaurant across the road and a great pool / spa / jacuzzi that is included.

The location is excellent—you can easily walk to the main street of the town. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Even before our check-in, they were available via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and offered a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding area of El Calafate. The price was competitive compared to other hotels that may charge more while offering less. As a bonus, your stay includes access to the pool and sauna, which adds an extra touch of relaxation!

Nice houses, not too fancy, but have everything you need. Shower was tricky, hard to get normal temperature. Near there is a supermarket. 10 minutes walk to the restaurant-shops area. The city itself is charming.

Beds were comfortable with lovely bed linen. The bathroom was a good size and the room was okay. Breakfast was pretty uninspiring; The hotel did not like it when we asked if we could borrow a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine that we had bought - they wanted to charge corkage, even though we were drinking it in our room.

Beautiful big room, lovely staff, super helpful packed lunch for our excursion (for an additional fee), amazing jacuzzi bath, useful taxi service for getting in and out of the town centre (just remember to note down their WhatsApp number!)

We had a very relaxing stay in a great room with a fabulous bathroom that included a jacuzzi bath , walk in power shower an adjoining living room and fantastic views. I had an amazing massage - back and neck and the swimming pool was lovely after a day visiting the glacier and national park . The staff were all very professional and helpful.
