The location is perfect, you can watch the animal drink water from the pond. The hotel is beautiful and the staff s incredibly sweet and attentionate. Service and follow-up is impeccable. They had organized everything from A-Z. No words to describe this perfect hotel, it is really outstanding and worth the money.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, and everything exceeded our expectations! Location: it's in the middle of nowhere so it takes some time to reach the camp. We decided to drive from Kilimanjaro Airport to Anantya Serengeti (they organized the driver and safari jeep for us which is the same we used for 2 days of Safari) and it took us more than 8 hours of drive. But it was worth it! The number of animals we saw and the beautiful locations and scenery, such as the Ngorongoro crater, just swepped away the tiredness from our flight. We also got to visit a Masai village where the head of the family showed us how they live, what they eat, etc, and even performed a dance/song making the whole experience worth visting. After the long drive, we arrived at the camp and were warmly greeted by the whole staff with welcome drinks and cold wet towels. Accomodation: this is the definition of glamping! The "tent" has everything you need for a comfy stay and we didn't expect that much luxury. The basics such as steady running water in the bathroom, hot water for showering, great lighting, and a super big comfy bed, were things we didn't expect to have in such a location. I mean it's in the middle of the savannah with no infrastructure around! And the view from the varenda into the savannah is something magical. We spent one whole day just relaxing in our tent and looking into the savannah listening to all the different animal sounds and even saying hello to unexpected visitors such as an elephant, dwarf antelope, wild chickens and even a hyena who came on to the camp property from the bushy savannah. Rest of the time we were just looking out into the savannah where from time to time you see herds of zebras, wild buffalos and wildebeest moving around (don't forget to take a pair of binoculars).

The tent is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and setting on a hill facing 2 vallies with stunning views. The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

The best experience ever. We have been delighted to stay at Melia Serengeti Lodge in a wonderful Suite which offers a stunning view of the Serengeti National Park and its flourishing wild. The establishment is obviously amazing, but it’s more than just being in the most amazing place of Serengeti. The staff is like a family which take care of you from your arrival, David L. and Fernando M. the managers provided such attention to us, we have no word strong enough to say how much we have been pleased to share those moments. The Senegalese Chef, Majid, Chacha, Dyckson, the Masai warriors, we will remember and keep beloved souvenirs of them.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very special. We had cold towels and drinks on arrival, bags were taken care of and we were shown straight to lunch after a morning of driving around to see game. The staff were amazing, learnt our names and were always very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very special during our stay. The place had a very luxurious feel about it and it is located up in the mountains for an amazing view.

It was an amazing property to stay at. We were very surprised with how clean everything was and how fresh the food was in the middle of the Serengeti. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay during your Safari!

We had an unforgettable stay at Kuoom – the perfect place to begin our honeymoon and experience the Serengeti. The location is incredible, with wildlife just minutes from the lodge (we even saw giraffes from our balcony!). The staff went above and beyond – Joel, Jackson, Jumapili, Elipokea, Chef Tito, Samuel, and Bright all made us feel so welcome and cared for. The service was thoughtful, the food was amazing, and the entire experience felt truly special. Asante Sana Kuoom – we’ll never forget you!

It was great. The rooms were very nice, great food and a lovely staff. We especially enjoyed our trips with Moisanga. He was so kind and provided the best morning safari.
