We were given a taxi driver on arrival called Tracy - she was absolutely fantastic. We had her on whatsapp and she could some and collect us whenever we needed. It was our honeymoon so the champagne in our room and discount voucher for the spa was a lovely treat.

GermanyWe recently stayed at Laila Hotel in Seychelles, and we were absolutely blown away by our experience. We’d seen some mixed reviews online, so we were initially a bit apprehensive. However, from the moment we arrived, all our concerns disappeared—everything was perfect.
The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The hotel staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning pool area. The pool itself was beautifully designed, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings..
The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to the beach and several scenic spots nearby. The staff provided excellent recommendations for activities and even helped arrange a few excursions for us.
Laila Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’re so glad we didn’t let a few contradictory reviews keep us from experiencing this incredible place. We’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay in Seychelles. We’re already planning our return!

I loved the interior design, colonial style.The staff was nice and friendly, the owner even offered herself to bring us to a restaurant when we weren’t able to find a taxi. The feeling of the 30s of the 20th century - with old but very well saved furniture, old photographs, interior items. Good size, clean pool. Great breakfast. Very pleasant villa owner. We had a late flight and were kindly allowed to stay in the villa territory until the evening. We had a very pleasant stay at this villa and if we ever come back to Mahe, Seychelles, we will definitely choose this beautiful place!

First of all, the hotel personnel are very friendly, smiley and open-minded for any request (starting with providing information about the island attractions ending with rent car and excursion tours services). The room was always kept clean, we especially liked our amazing ocean view, it’s absolutely stunning! One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location: the hotel is based right on the beach, so only some 20 meters divide you from the ocean! When we were observing the island by the car we’ve noticed that the majority of hotels are located on the other side of the road which requires extra walk time (you realize this especially when a heavy tropical rain suddenly catches you :). The food in their restaurant was always fresh and tasty (the local fruits for a breakfast deserve a special complement). Many kudos to the hotel’s owner for being so friendly and attentive to guests. Thank you for servicing us with tasty coconuts, we appreciate it a lot! And of course thank you for making our holidays on Seychelles so unforgettable, lovely and special!

I was staying in October there. My room was number 131, with garden room. I loved everything started from the reception till the goodbay. We were met at the teception with the ice-cream and were gifted with thermos.
I loved the room itself and sitting place outside the room.
The restauranr has a beutiful open view on the ocean and beach. Breakfast is very good.
The pool was very clean and warm everytime. Also very big.
The bech in front of the hotel was also beautiful.
The staff needs a little bit more time to serve you but they are so polite, friendly and nice that you can not get angry 😄❤️

It is a great hotel, with outstanding ocean view. It is easy to get there from the airport, by taxi or by local bus, which stops 2 minute walk from the hotel. It has as well nice swimming pool. The personel is very nice, friendly, always willing to help. It's location is perfect , a short walk from the Royal Anse Beach. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel, serving great Indian food. I strongly recomend that place and for sure will book the accomodation again if ever again in Mahe.

We visit this place for a second time. We like almost everything. The food is amazing, a clean and nice place for relaxing. We choose this place for a first one after arrive every year because it is quite and really great for visiting Marine park St Anna and Moyenne island. Thay have a boat taxi several times per day from Eden to Cerf.
We stayed in the hotel part and also in the villas and like both of them. The best place in Cerf and we really enjoyed all time there.

I had a huge room with outstanding distance from the ocean. The breakfast perfect, many selection and no limit (at least I could not reach), and there is a bar area 24/7 with lightning at night to chill and talk at night too.
Rockpool trail starts from here, the food is delicious and marvellous beach.
Everything closes at 8PM in Seychelles.

Great location. I love that the way it is build. Lovely staff and the beat facilities. We stayed at a junior suite with open bathroom with a balcony! We absolutely loved it. We had a late plane the day after, and they let us use all the facilities and they even had a shower-room we could use before leaving.

Beautiful location, everything around the house is clean and well maintained. We visited 2 of the beaches on the Eden island and they were gorgeous. The golf car makes moving around so easy. Restaurants in the resort are reasonably priced.

Lovely long beach - very safe.
Lovely long beach - very safe. Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit with choices from takeaway creole style dishes to mid budget Italian, Indian restaurants and higher budget restaurants with fish, Italian, Japanese options. Good snorkelling and scuba diving options available from the 6-8 dive centres. Also some water sport facilities such as paddle board.

Victoria city is a clean and safe city. City start winding down as early as 5pm. Central Market, museum, beaches around, great local and international foods. Easy to navigate the city. Car rental available at good price.

Mahe is very busy so if you do not like a quiet getaway this Island is for you. There are various beaches to visit, museums and art galleries. Be mindful of public holidays, many places are closed. Saturdays are half day and Sundays they closed. Plan your stay and excursions so you are aware of what will be open and when. Food is great, visit the Boat House and Beach Shack at Beau Vallon.

This part of the island is very pretty and is close to some of the best beaches on the island. There are supermarkets and take away options nearby. The beach is shallow and safe for those with kids. Getting around the island via bus is easy and affordable. It isn't a snorkeling beach.

We had a wonderful experience at Lllot Beach Chalet in Seychelles. The owner, Owen, is such an amazing person and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is incredible—it’s almost like having a private beach all to yourself. We visited as a family of nine with children and had a great time swimming and playing at the beach.
The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The two bedrooms had queen beds, with an extra bed in the second room. The terrace was spacious, with a dining table and lounge chairs to relax in.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes to the city center, and a supermarket within walking distance where you can buy almost everything you need. For those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking, Hotel Bliss is just an 8-minute walk away and offers wonderful views and meals.
Owen also cooks an excellent barbecue dinner with grilled fish and chicken on lazy evenings, which was a highlight of our stay. Overall, Lllot Beach Chalet is an amazing and peaceful place to recharge. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Lovely beaches. Great food. Car hire is worthwhile. Easy to drive around the island. You can just park up and wander down to the most exquisite beaches. Takamaka rum distillery was worth a visit. Also we hired a boat and did some fishing and snorkelling. Be aware of the sun. It's easy to get burnt

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles.
Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles. Not as busy as the North East coast near Victoria which is nicer in my opinion. Driving around the Seychelles can be a bit of an experience - my advice is to let any ‘tail gaters’ pass you.
Park up and walk to the local beaches. Visit the waterfall near the picturesque church - very nice for photos etc.

Beautiful place, you can easily reach the nicest beaches, our favourite were Petite Anse, Port Launay, Anse Forbans, Police Bay with the fresh water mangrove. It ist 50 minutes from the capital Victoria only.

We are travelling very often all over the world and never in our life we meet a person as Jeoanne, the owner of the apartment. She took care about us more than our mother, helping every need we had. She provide a taxi driver who showed us Mahe Island .Hubert was the best taxi driver in the world.

All the staff is really helpful and treats you as if you were the most prestigious guests. The customer service approaches you and offers any help you may need. The receptionists meet all your wishes and are always friendly and smiling. Needless to say that the staff is really international and spreads positive vibes, e.g. Charitha is always there when you want a drink or an ice cream😊
