The view it is amazing, the tents are very good organized and the staff is very nice, it was a wonderful experience.

Staff has been incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. We had a great stay. The food was delicious, the place was quite and clean. A campfire was set for us after dinner and when we asked to pack lunch last minute, that was promptly catered for. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Location is also great as just a few minutes ride from the park.

Very beautiful and quiet place The view from the lodge ( and the shower !) and the restaurant isbreathtaking The staff is professional and very supportive and the food is really good Each lodge is new and clean, large, has a big bed, a big bathroom and a terrasse overlooking the AkageraPark. the property is secluded and within a rural part of Rwanda and is simply magical. 1 day is simply not enough time, i recommend a min. 2 day stay so you can really rest and enjoy the property. there’s lots of nature around you and a lot of activities you can do like kayaking, massage, a community walk and bird watching so there’s plenty that you can do while also ensuring you relax. the food was really amazing, especially the communal dinner, the bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! honestly there’s nothing to fault - it was the perfect stay.

We had a great stay at Akagera Transit Lodge. My wife and I were with our two little kids (3 and 4). Directly at our arrival, we were welcomed by a very kind and professional staff which helped us with our luggage and the installation. The room was very clean and spacious and the outdoor was charming. The Lodge also propose Safari tours of the Akagera with a guide. For the tour, the Lodge provided delicous lunch boxes with sandwiches, drinks and fruits. We had a very pleasent Safari experience thanks to our very skilled guide and we had the chance to see most of the animals we were looking for.
