Josué is an amiable guy. He helped me with laundry. Also, he recommended one of the best diving instructors Manuel. Manuel has his boat and all the equipment required for diving. The property is brand new. It opened less than 1 year ago.

The hotel decor is well thought in each corner. Just think that you can smell an amazing relaxing Perfume every time you enter the main door. The room was super spacious There was free coffee and fresh water available during the whole day The access to the main door and to the room is via code which makes it very convenient Reception is super available, we even received a WhatsApp message from a "personal concierge" available H24. Super Service. We booked via them a snorkeling trip and could have not been happier

Hotel B Unique is exceptional. From the second we walked into our suite we were in love. Everything is beautifully designed and thought out to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel and staff have gone above and beyond to make our trip memorable. Marco in the front is a gem of information and local knowledge! We've tried 4/5 of his recommendations so far and haven't been let down by a single one. Organizing tours and excursions through the hotel is super easy. The breakfasts are delicious!! We'd return in a heartbeat, it's nicely located on a quieter side of the island - further from the Cruise terminal and snorkeling In front of the hotel is beautiful. We've even extended our stay here by two more nights!

We loved this incredible hotel. Such friendly and welcoming staff, especially Faustino at the front desk. Clean, spacious room with an ocean view and balcony. A real business is access to lovely snorkeling with all kinds of beautiful sea life. Both infinity pools were relaxing and the food was great. We’re vegan and they even included vegan pancakes for us along with toast, fruit, juice and coffee. There’s nothing to fault here. We felt pampered and relaxed.

The entire staff was wonderful, from check in to check out, every person was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the restaurant on site was convenient and the food was good. The pool was nice as well as happy hour each evening. Ocean access across the bridge, we did some snorkeling. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Casa Mexicana. The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was very nice and comfortable. I especially liked the soap and shampoo they provide - they were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The resort was very quiet and lush with greenery. Room was perfect size and bathroom was big. Food was good. We enjoyed smokehouse one night, Asian food one night, Mexican one night, and buffet on fourth night. Beach had lots of chairs with palm tree and hut shade.

For the money, the best choice in Cozumel. Located in the center of town overlooking the malecon and the Caribbean. Spring for the 'mar vista' balcony room. The free breakfast was meager, a crescent roll with jam and coffee, but it's delivered on order to your room!

I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving.

I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving. While the people are friendly and the number of good restaurants has increased over that time, unfortunately the reef has been degraded effecting the diving experience. Its is my contention the powers that control Cozumel care more about making money from cruise ships than the environment, local people or infrastructure of Cozumel.

I enjoyed the natural beauty of the areas outside the touristy downtown area. I rented a scooter and drove the entire perimeter of the island (about 2 hours around without stops), but there are a few sightseeing locations, so plan a bit more time. I was there to go scuba diving and it did not disappoint. Once you get out of the touristy areas Cozumel is basically a rundown Caribbean island with not much to offer.

it is an all inclusive but availability and quality of drinks and food were poor. Over all it is inexpensive and if your expectation of the all inclusive feature is low you might be pleased. Location is great, staff good, and the snorkeling was fantastic right from the hotel. Hotel is dated and in need of remodeling but has a bit of a family feel with a chill vibe. I might consider staying again just for the available snorkeling and good breakfast. Wifi only worked in lobby which was unfortunate and inconvenient. Bring your own snacks and drinks for the room as they are not available
