We stayed at CityHub Reykjavik in May 2025 and absolutely loved everything about it. The concept is modern, comfortable, and super practical. The location is excellent, the common areas are cozy and well-designed, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. A special thank you to the staff for the lovely birthday surprise they prepared in the room for my husband — it was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable! There’s really nothing negative to mention. We arrived late with a self checkin, which works well, and supportive staffs helped us even in the late night.

Convenient location near busstop and some main tourist attractions. Management very pleasant, super friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast option is great, coffee always at the ready is a big bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was absolutely outstanding. From the check-in process, recommendations, restaurant, to the checkout, super helpful and attentive. They even greeted my fiancé with a box of sweets for her birthday. At the restaurant, the waitress named Mariana made our dinner really special. 10/10! We will definitely come back soon!!!

Hotel with all the conditions: Rooms are really "suites", totally equiped! Beds are very confortable. Room temperature (including wc) abdolutely on point! Breakfast incredible.

The hotel was close to the old center of the city. Due to slight overbooking that day, we received a room in higher standard. It was great. Breakfast was really nice too. We stayed just for one night but would stay again if we visit Iceland once more.

The view is amazing, on the 13th floor with a great view directly East (remember that the sun). We've seen the sunrise when eating breakfast in the room. The bed is very big and the place is walking distance to the city center.

Outstanding location, it is one of the most happening streets of Iceland and on weekends it was brimming with people, music, personalities, fancy cars and had a good party vibe going on. This comes with some added noise at night, but they do provide you with eye mask and earplugs on checkin. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the sight seeing can all be done by foot pretty much. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room was nice and cozy on cold, rainy days.
