And AMAZINGLY wonderful staff members (Kabeer, Lalu, Sreeji) who made our stay there so memorable!!! They were so sweet, warm and welcoming. Guided and helped us with how to navigate around and things to experience. Would definitely stay there again if we revisit this region...

The beautiful room was truly spacious and clean, especially the upstairs terrace was pleasant. The refreshing swimming pool was nice. And the Keralan dishes served were delicious and filling. I recommend this accommodation to anyone arriving on Vypin island looking for a peaceful environment to relax and enjoy their vacation!

ItalySanjeev and the sons, Vishnu and is brother are the best hosts that we ever had....helpfull for every our needs,....the breakfast was very good. We usually got our breakfast in the common area, so you can meet a lot of people. I reccomand Sanjeev Home Stay for sure, we enjoyed so much. Thanks to Sanjeev, we definitely came back.

The room was amazing and Stains and his wife and daughter were so friendly... Very thoughtful in every detail. We felt like we were at home. The breakfast was excellent. Various and tasty. Thank you again for everything!
The nearest beaches are 20 min walk away. The area is just so lovely to walk around.

We had just come from 20 days of Panchakarma, and the owners and staff accomodated our every desire regarding our meals, to the point of chosing the spices we wanted, and how our dishes should be prepared.
They hava a vegetable garden and would tell us what veggies had been picked that day, and how we would like them to be prepared.
There is an authentic giving attitude in all they do to make you happy.
The spot on the beach is the best we saw, with a wide portion of sand, and beach lounges and parasols for the guests.
The pool area is wonderful, surrounded by palm trees and flowers.
The owners and the staff went well beyond what one normally expects staying in a hotel. Generous, respectful od our privacy, kind, and good natured. We only got smiles and perfect service.
We walked up and down the beach, and couldn't find a better place.

Location was near to the beach and a few restaurants and cafes. The hotel was a newish building, it was clean, spacious and everything worked. Room cleaning was available every day. It had a pool, which we regularly used. Staff were lovely. Restaurant food was really nice. The room had a safe. Shower was good. It had two comfortable armchairs in the room. You can book transport via the front desk. It had a car park.

The view from the sit out and the first floor balcony is very good. The room overlooking the lake. The pleasant lapping of the waves can be heard in the night. It will put you to sleep. The front desk always manned and ready to help. The instant check in. The sea across the property. The dining area was very comfortable and spacious. A crew that is ready to do your bidding.

Stayed in the panoramic jacuzzi suite. Loved the view from the bathroom over looking the lake. Spacious and well equip rooms. Staff are friendly, attentive and contentious. Clean rooms with nice linen. Rooms have Alexa, streaming tv’s. A lot of good places to eat nearby. Try Lilliput (turn left from the entrance to the resort and its two buildings down)

It's not yet very well developed.
It's not yet very well developed. It's a narrow spit of land with the sea on one side and the lake on the other.
There are some restaurants facing the beach seemingly catering for tourists.
There is no easy public transport access.
It's nearer to Kochi airport than Fort Kochi, so a good place to start or end a Kerala holiday

A beautiful property.
A beautiful property. Only one thing that annoyed me was a bar lounge was on the premises ground and drunkards were loitering around. Secondly, there is an open ground on the side of the approach road where people were often found peeing, and throwing wastes. A humble suggestion to take care of both the above. All other things are really fine

Excellent location, right opposite the beach. welcoming owners, nice gardens and pool. Tried sitting on the poolside but too many mosquitoes.
Water in shower not warm. Mosquitoes in room as we didn't have a plug in.
Breakfast was OK but not organised properly. The restaurant down the road was very good. Our backwater boating trip was very soothing and reasonably priced. However I would say it was good value for money.
