I loved the elegant interior decoration, the wonderful rooftop sun beds & bar as well as the stylish spa and sauna. Location was perfect for walking around town and lots of restaurants. Completely sound proof windows even though we were watching the Easter processions walking by from our balcony.

The staff were very friendly and helpful — especially Nestor from the night shift who quickly fixed an air conditioner issue, and the kind lady from the morning shift (didn’t catch her name). The hotel is clean and well located if you’re traveling by car and want to visit Córdoba, Granada, Seville, etc. Free parking in front of the hotel is a big plus.

This hotel is in the centre of Granada. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient and went out of their way to provide information on sightseeing and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of personal touches - little gift of candied nuts, thank you card, but the most unusual and very much appreciated was cleaning of the car windscreen while it was parked in the hotel parking. Top marks for staff who go that extra mile to make your stay unforgettable.

Pulsating with History and Tradition

Resounding with flamenco, the fabulous Spanish region of Andalusia (or Andalucía) has world-class attractions, wonderful scenery and welcoming beaches.

Some of the best Andalusia hotels are in Costa del Sol resorts including Nerja and glitzy Marbella, neighbour of exclusive Puerto Banús. Nearby is Málaga, Picasso’s city with relics of its Roman past.

Moorish influences have also left magnificent marks. Formerly a mosque, the incredible Córdoba Mezquita is now a cathedral. Against the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the Alhambra is a former sultans’ residence looking down on lovely Granada, home to some romantic Andalucia hotels and apartments on Booking.com.

You can ski in the Sierra Nevada, and also in mountains by Aracena north of Seville, the region’s sun-drenched capital with a gigantic Gothic cathedral and amazing architecture in Plaza de España. It also has a ring where controversial bullfighting occurs.

Its nearest beaches are on the Costa de la Luz, between Isla Canela (by Portugal) and Tarifa. Nearby is Algeciras, across the bay from Gibraltar. Other popular Andalusia beaches are in Costa de Almería resorts including Roquetas de Mar and Mojacar.

Inland, on a steep escarpment, Arcos de la Frontera, is one of the White Villages of Andalusia. Nearby is Jerez, home of sherry. To the east is Ronda with its high bridge spanning a deep gorge.

We were probably very lucky that our pre-booked mobile house in different camping of this area got cancelled (maybe due to the storm it had passed 2 nights before we arrived, maybe due to the off-season laziness). We had arranged a ground floor apartement in this camping quickly instead. It shown up as a great descision. Everything went smooth, the place was clean, just our size for 2 with 2 kids. The restaurant was closed that night and next morning, but we arrived with some food which we just prepared in the kitchen easily. We didn’t expected more, even there were some shops opened around anyway. It might be little tricky with hot water for those who are not fully friendly with gas bottles, i didn’t find it as a problem but I’m sure the personnel would had been helpful.

This time we came back for a vacation, what a beautiful experience. The beaches, the people, the cleanliness of the city, the food, everything. This has been the ideal vacation for our wedding anniversary. The hotel was very clean, obviously you can notice some wear on some of the furniture, but everything is immaculately clean, which is what matters to us. The hotel staff were super friendly and always willing to help to make us comfortable. The views from the rooms are wonderful. Cadiz, we will come back soon.

Great Stay Right on the Oceanfront We had a wonderful time at this hotel! It’s located right on the oceanfront with a beautiful beach just steps away. The hotel was clean, and the pool area was really cool and relaxing. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely top – perfect for beach lovers. We felt like we were the only non-Spanish-speaking guests, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Would definitely recommend!

This one of the most unique hotel rooms I've ever lived in. The room design is very interesting and seems like half of the room is made of natural stone. We had room with ocean view, and one of the room walls could be completely opened to fully enjoy the view. We were travelling by car and used hotel parking. It's entrance is wide enough for SUV car. The parking itself is very comfy, but keep in mind it has to be paid for separately, it's not included into room price.

Then we went on a great walking tour. Afterwards we went to grab a few drinks. We waited 30 minutes for 2 beers to be poured and when they still hadn't arrived, the waitstaff did and said nothing to remedy the issue. There were about 10 other tables of people waiting for long periods of time and no one was addressing the wait. Then we went to a different place for drinks and still ended up waiting a long time again for two beers. Service and accommodation was not Seville's strong point. But it was beautiful enough, we will visit again.

My friend and I weren't crazy about Malaga.

My friend and I weren't crazy about Malaga. Maybe because we live in Miami and have the water in our backyard. We seem to prefer more of the historic towns. The shopping was great though on Larios avenue. If you go...take a bus to Sentinel de Bodegas. Sweet town build under overhang of rocks!

The Alhambra is a must see but it must be booked well in advance as it gets sold out very quickly and the tour you want may not be available. The cathedral and the area surrounding it is very nice full of old streets and lots of restaurants.

We visited Córdoba as the first stop on our week long road...

We visited Córdoba as the first stop on our week long road trip. As it was on a Monday some of the great places of Córdoba were closed for visitors however the town was packed with tourists. We started early with a great breakfast at Azahar, followed by a walking tour of Córdoba before visiting the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption (Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba). We also recommend: Torre de Belén, Plaza de Maimonides, Fuente de la Fuenseca, Torre de la Calahorra, Jardines del Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, Torre de la Inquisición, among other places.

A lovely experience in a bustling town. Old town, and the beautiful churches are Amazing. Plenty to see, wonderful restaurants and lots of sunshine!! Also loved the bus services for visiting other Places!! All in all, a very good destination.

We loved Cádiz, it has such a great history, lovely lanes to stroll around, beautiful buildings, interesting and individual shops, really excellent food in the restaurants and bars and very reasonable prices, we especially liked the Mercado de Abastos and the gourmet area tapas bars around the outside, friendly nice, buzzy but relaxing atmosphere. We had a walking tour on our first full day there which made our stay even more enjoyable with an excellent guide. We parked the car in an underground car park on arrival and didn't need to use it again as everywhere was in easy walking distance. We are hoping to return soon.

A wonderful place for wandering.

A wonderful place for wandering. The old town and bridges are beautiful. The streets are well maintained and the centre felt safe. Great for taking in the architecture, gardens and plentiful cafes and bars. Had a lovely meal at Bombay Spice - tasty food, excellent service and good value.

A stunning, quiet, and cozy city on the southern coast of Spain. The sea is a bit chilly and there are waves in strong winds. The noisy gatherings are mostly along the coast, but the city itself is quiet. There are several sights to see, as well as good transport links to smaller neighboring towns, Málaga, and the airport. I loved it and will definitely be back!

We love Fuengirola with its Spanish vibe and lovely beaches. Plenty of good bars and restaurants to eat somewhere different every evening with Los Boliches, Fish Alley and the Marina we were spoilt for choice.
