The staff was very nice and professional. The stay was very smooth thanks to Mr. Ahmed Elshaer who made sure everything went well. Thanks to his hospitality, quick responses, and problem-solving, we felt very well taken care of. He helped us celebrate a birthday and the hotel brought us a very nice cake and sang with us. The food was plenty and delicious, with various restaurants to choose from. Rooms were clean and nice. Various aqua parks for all different ages, so much fun and activities.

Our stay was enjoyable and nice in all sort of ways, the hotel is brand new and luxurious, Staff are extremely helpful and nice, Special thanks for Mr Omar in reception and Chef Saeed for doing their best to make sure we have a good time. I recently stayed at Jaz Elite Asteria and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely welcomed right away. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Massouda, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and made us feel incredibly well cared for. Her attentiveness and kindness made a real difference in our experience. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect I also enjoyed the buffet. It was fresh, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of healthy. Overall, I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria whether you're traveling for business or leisure. It’s a perfect place to relax. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

The service was top, and everyone was happy and friendly. Fatima at the reception went out of her to see that we get the best room. There was a variety of food dishes, so many options to choose. After being absolutely displeased with typical all inclusive resorts in Egypt, we found Wadi and words can't describe how peaceful and pleasurable it was to arrive in the modern hotel, same and even better that you expect in Europe. Désigne is absolutely beautiful hotel is almost part of desert environment around, it's quite, peaceful, nobody disturbs you trying selling you stuff, really it was amazing. After eating Resort food several days... their food comparing to others tastes home made, fresh and absolutely tasty. For snorkeling: there is jety down you can experience incredible snorkeling with very deep waters. Stuff members are very polite and helpful. Pool guy chiko is very good fellow who helped us with everything. After all this big resorts it was definitely fresh air.

Thanks Reef House This place is super clean and tidy with courteous staff. We loved the breakfast. check in was quick and efficient, we didn’t feel like waiting or asking questions about when we will get to the room as we usually facing this issue. Excellent AC, comfortable king bed, working UHD tv and all the essential and minimum necessities are there. perfect location which make you feel like you’re on the downtown however it’s quite and convenient.
