Really great hotel. Reflects all the positive reviews. Hotel location is perfect and walking distance to everything you need. Staff were great and organised airport pickup and car service to Terracotta Army. Breakfast had plenty options and good quality. Lady in charge of the eggs is very kind. Room very comfortable and had everything you need for a great easy stay. Highly recommend and easy place to stay for foreigners. Note: Google maps is slightly incorrect in china but it’s located at dongshe boutique hotel if you need to find the exact location.

Charming hotel with very friendly staff though nobody speaks except Chinese. You need a translator on your phone to manage. Walking distance from south gate of the city wall and a longer walk to the Muslim quarter. No subway station nearby. The closest is 20 minutes away. A very pleasant hotel all in all.

This hotel is a definition of perfection. An amazing hotel that is strategically located, tastefully designed, and well-maintained. The staff are all professional, polite, and helpful. I especially love the room: the layout is a bit unique, but it gives a cozy ambiance. Just check out a few hours ago and missing it already! The resort is located at a tranquil village and surrounded by a brook from the mountain. The room’s well-prepared with snacks and fresh fruits even we were arrived late at night. I was deeply enchanted by the cedar aroma brought by the incense. We had a restful sleep, and was awaken by the bird singing and the gurgle of water. Meditation on the futon while emerging into the Zen atmosphere… The minute reservation turned out to be a pleasant journey and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely recommend it!!!

The terracotta warriors have been on my bucket list for...

The terracotta warriors have been on my bucket list for years- the scale of the site and precision of the figures did not disappoint! It was an emotional moment. What i was not prepared for was what else the city has to offer - the extensive history, the artwork, the culture…..then there is the food! A foodies paradise - a different dish and taste sensation for every day. A cultural smorgasbord, artistic and educational hub. A must see when in China.

The site is amazing, rich with culture, is huge and easy to enjoy, no need to rush as there is plenty of time of enjoyed every single venue. A bit hot and stiff there as there is in closure facility but that is part of the experience.
