Breakfast exceeded expectations, we also had an evening meal which was really tasty. Dart board next to the cosy fire kept us busy for a few hours. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

The management team was incredibly kind and professional. When we missed our reservation due to car trouble, they graciously rescheduled it for the following day.

Beautiful hotel with a great surrounding area by the lake Lucerne. Rooms were quite big and easy to accomodate 3 people each. Decent breakfast and good restaurants around aling Coop Migros

Friendly staff, very tasty breakfast (a lot of different meal), clean rooms and hotel overall, incredible views from hotel and parking (parking is big, you can always find a place for your car). Perfect place to stay in Switzerland!!!
