I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

We travel a lot, and we would like to say that our room had one of the most beautiful views — it was definitely a real wow-effect when we saw it. We enjoyed the stunning mountains and the sea each morning. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were very glad to use the spa and the swimming pools during our stay. The water was warm, and it was a pleasure to use the big pool and swim without freezing. There is also private access to the sea. The area outside the hotel is very beautiful. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant every day during our stay, and we enjoyed it very much. The food was tasty with a good variety of dishes. We also liked the breakfast, as there were many good options. The free parking lot was a nice bonus. The employees were very friendly. We would be happy to come back and stay at the hotel again in the future.
