Our room was in the attic with a forest view from the bedroom and a town view from our little deck, which was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The spa and sauna was very special too.The breakfast was magnificent. The shuttle collected us from the train, which was handy as the hotel is at the top of town.

Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was so nice to sit outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. The location was perfect, just out of the crowded center of town. The hotel was so full of charm & we loved that it’s been a family business for 4 generations. We absolutely love Mürren, and we were so happy to find such a beautifully renovated hotel. Most hotels in the area tend to be quite old. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and absolutely loved the decor and the spacious balcony with its stunning view. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic Stay at Hapimag I had a wonderful stay at Hapimag interlaken! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and great amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. The staff were extremely professional, friendly but also respecting privacy. I travelled with my german shepard, and experienced one of the doggie friendliest hotel. Bed, bowls and even a beefstick provided. I wasn’t corrected for letting my dog walk with no leash. But since my dog walks next to me at all times, i don’t see the need. Again they used common sense which shows the professionality of this establishment. The Beau Rivage is extremely clean, but I do expect that in places like this. But what really gave a signature to their cleanliness is the poolwater. It is fresh, clean and steril in smell. I would like to fantasize they use pure glacier water, at least I felt like that in comparison to like every other Hotel.

Interlaken was the “cherry on top” of our European travels.

Interlaken was the “cherry on top” of our European travels. The views were amazing (I’ve never seen 30+ paragliders in the sky…in the ALPs no less!!!), the area was so quaint, the locals friendly; and eating Swiss fondue somehow tastes better from the Alps! Highky recommend cappuccino and breakfast at the Aarburg (Tim & His Wife are awesome & The food not only tastes amazing but each dish is a work of art!) and the Boutique Hotel Bellevue.

Grindelwald is definitely a place to visit and stay if you want to see the mountains up close. It is a comfortable and cozy little town which has cable cars to take you up in the mountain where there are activities like Zip Line and Tobogganing. It is very accessible by Bus and Trains. There are many restaurants with multiple cuisines available.

Three days would have been right if the weather had cooperated. We had 3 days of rain and clouds. Did not go to the top of either mountain as it was totally fogged in on all 3 days. We did enjoy the rest of the area, doing what we could in the rain.

Wengen is charming, as we visited in late sept25 weather was extremely misty, drizzling and dull, breathtaking views on the train journey up made up for the bad weather, but very heaven rain spoiled an evening walk about, let me make this clear as at no point whilst booking our stay was it pointed out Wengen was car-free. Google maps will try take you on a wild goose drive so be very vigilant there are huge fines in some of these car free villages if police come across your error, You have to park 5 kms away, get the train, carry baggage etc on a train ride up, don’t be put off as it is worth a visit. it all works out very costly when you don't know this and if your working off a budget. We found Wengen to be a little less expensive than other areas on our trip, but be prepared for cost, we ended our trip early as 2 days were plenty if your not ski-ing or hiking here, we dealt with a really pleasant professional at the train station in Wengen who went above & beyond to provide information for a very early morning exit, note that everything is very much on time, a really good system, i reckon it as a few hour day trip only, there was a cable car trip and lots of nice places to see and some nice spots to watch the world go by

Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

Mürren is a quiet village with good access to hikes and access to Lauterbrunnen the mountains and the Schilthorn. We would definitely stay here again. The village though is very expensive so be prepared for high costs for food.

t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Place, villa, cleanliness, location, hospitality. The view from the villa is scenic, mountains with snow. Self-cooking facility is there, outside dining area is really awesome. Big Bedrooms, Clean and hygienic bathrooms.
