Would absolutely recommend this hotel. I stayed at the newer wing of the building, it’s very clean, and WiFi is very good. On top of it, they also offer free airport pickup and drop off. Also the location is nice too, close to main attractions and shopping mall, a nice city walk. And the staffs working there are super friendly

Everything. Thé room was beautiful, very clean and loved the size. The location of the property is just amazing. Brunei really lives to its title of “abode of peace” and the staff and this hotel are no exception! both restaurants downstairs (Riaz and the general one) serve amazing Indian and international food respectively. I often would wait to come back fo the hotel for dinner as it was some of the best meals I have ever had. I especially loved how vegetarian friendly they are, so many vegetarian dishes to choose from was such a delight.

Very good location. 1km or so from the airport. Brunei doesn't have a great public transport system or food delivery so the location is great as there is a movie theater and shopping mall in the building and several around it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They even helped me arrange a last-minute tour to the national park (I was lucky this worked out). Clean, spacious room. Could walk to the city centre. Transport to and from airport provided. Supermarket behind hotel, and restaurant in hotel. Enjoyed my stay!

Location Strategic location as more shops are just inside the building Room Quite big and spacious Toilet was clean Water pressure good Toilet bowl and hose spray available Small fridge Clean Aircon was cool Breakfast The breakfast is just a bit fine but the menus need to be change a little. It has fried mee with hotdog, fried nasi with hotdog, hotdog in cili source, fish ball, bubur and Laksa. I want to take the fried mee but I can’t eat hotdog. Se as for the fried nasi as both have hotdog. Next don’t put a hotdog at both main meals. at least one without it.
