The motel really exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect to get out and about with our kids (aged 2 and 4 years) being just around the corner from the main shopping strip, a range of cafes, restaurants, as well as two major supermarkets. We also loved being within walking distance of the adventure playground, beach and our kids especially loved the aquatic centre.
The room was spacious and comfortable. We we're happy to find a decent sized fridge, water kettle, plates, bowls and cutlery. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful stress-free stay.

I arrived with my nurse, to the Motel. I didn't realise that I couldn't use my card due to a Bank mess up!! But the lovely lady said to give her my card + that she'll try it...well, it worked so I was everso grateful she took my card tried it, & it worked...all in about 5 mins!! I'm so happy that I get to stay with you again ....on Monday nite maybe Tuesday nite depending on how my operation goes! All in all, I was thrilled with my visit so thank you kindly.

First class accomodation in a quiet setting with the benefit of an excellent RSL club attached. Optional membership at AUS$2 brings quality food and drink at excellent prices in nice surrundings.
Comfortable bed in a spacious executive room with fridge, microwave, beverage making faciities together with a very new TV made things extremely comfortable.
The pool was a welcome respite in 41c heat!

This was our first ever farmstay experience, and it definitely had surpassed our expectations. The dome was beautiful, clean and cosy. The animals were very friendly and tame. And not to mention their amazing staff who were very warm and accommodating. Would highly recommend others this gem of a place who would love to experience farmstay in NSW, Australia!

A gorgeous cabin, just off the motorway, so easy access.
Comfortable lounge area, kitchen, shower and two bedrooms with comfortable beds.
Everything was immaculately clean.
There was parking right outside the cabin, we also had a deck with chairs and table.
Would recommend the Tourist Park

We made our trip from Marrickville in Sydney and were very struck by the contrast in how lovely and personable the people are in Wagga. That alone was a very stark and welcome contrast that I would encourage anyone to experience and embrace.
It's a city that has everything you need and offers it as a thing of humble quality, free of the frivolity, hype and nonsense back in the coastal cities.
The city council very clearly takes it's obligations to the people as seriously as they should, because everywhere we went the place was very well serviced and maintained. I feel it's worth noting the huge sporting focus of the city that is apparent by the abundance of excellent sporting facilities in the region, because it speaks volumes about the people. They come together from a young age and strive together, supporting one another, cheering for one another in healthy competition with one another. It's entirely unsurprising that so many Australian sporting champions and legends have come from Wagga.
In summary, if my wife wasn't a dyed in the wool city person, I would straight up move to Wagga and raise our young children there. It's a beautiful place that hasn't lost touch with what's important in life.

Lovely clean town with an impressive main street loaded with eateries and restaurants of all categories. It's a fun place with a multi-cultural atmosphere. The food, wines and local produce are second to none. Can be quiet during week-ends in winter but can be over-busy in summer with countless festivals and gatherings.

Enjoyed walking around the shops and reading about all the history of Gundagai. Very pretty hills and staff at shops were very nice and friendly. Especially enjoyed the museum where staff were very helpful and kind.

Hay has put a lot of effort into making a visit interesting. The water tower art commemorating service personnel was a highlight. Check out their website visithay.com.au and you might be tempted to stick around for a second night.

West Wyalong is a quiet country town.
West Wyalong is a quiet country town. Has got all facilities one would need. Very friendly community and many outlets for meals. The bakery and cafes are fabulous. The bars are fantastic. Clean town. I would love to go back another time. Overall we as a family enjoyed the stay.

The club is excellent for a meal and is across the road from the motel.
Short walk to bakery/coffee shop and supermarket to top up on snacks for the next day.

When we booked we explained that we have show dogs that do...
When we booked we explained that we have show dogs that do NOT sleep in the room but either sleep in the car or in a trailer.. i was told a "pet fee" would be charged but it then sudenly turned into $100 extra for my dogs.. ( which still slept in the car) I had to argue for a parking space as I was told to park in the street ( after already paying the extra for the dogs., although a van had been given 3 parking spots.
The lovely cleaner Jill was fantastic , she sorted out a parking spot and was extremely helpfull.
The family room was very small and cramped was sufficent for 3 people but wouldnt recommend for a family
The shower dripped for most of the night but it was hot so thankful for that

Designed by Walter Burley Griffen, Leeton is a well kept, tree lined town with interesting Art Deco buildings on edge of Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area. Museum on history of area. Local industries include citrus, grapes/wine, rice, cotton, sheep and cattle. Good sporting facilities and harness racing club. Some good coffee shops. Worth a two day visit.
