LatviaThat's a great hotel for the price they offer. Rooms are spacious, with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, so you have like a little flat in fact. There is a balcony with waterfall view, so you sleep with waterfall sounds, it is amazing relaxation! Birds singing in the morning is the best music! Bathroom with a bath and all necessary toiletries (with funny texts on them). There is a teapot in every room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast and dinner were very good, the choice of the meals is not very wide but there was everything necessary, everything was tasty and cooked from high quality grocery. Staff is very nice and friendly. Free big parking. Awesome experience!

South AfricaPrincesa Parc was the best ski hotel that I have ever stayed at. Short walk to gondola and ski hire. Skiing at PAL Arinsal was fantastic. The spa was incredible. Five separate rooms for sauna, hamman etc and two massive jet pools for only 15 Euros an hour. The sports massage was fantastic. It was relaxing and yet also released the knots in my neck and upper back. The games room has so much to offer and ten pin bowling. Breakfast and dinner buffet was extensive. There was also a restaurant that we didn’t try and a piano bar with pizzas, drinks and snacks. Highly recommended.

That's a great hotel for the price they offer. Rooms are spacious, with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, so you have like a little flat in fact. Very convenient location, stunning view from the panoramic window. The kitchen is well thought out and equipped with everything you need. We were traveling with two dogs, so we were delighted with the spacious dog playground right below us. It's very nice that bowls for dogs and a blanket for the sofa were prepared for our arrival. The staff is very polite and always in touch in whatsapp for any questions.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Walking only 30 meters to the ski piste was fantastic. Only 10 min walk (or 5 min drive) to Arinsal village with lots of nice bars and restaurants. Loved the spa and breakfast as well!

I was there for the World MTB championships and the...
I was there for the World MTB championships and the organisation for getting to and from the bike park was excellent. There were plenty of buses available to the gondola to access the bike park.
I also had a days hiking where I found the route very well sign posted with paths and bridges well kept.

The ski resort is not very big but had decent long runs, and it was super easy to get from the gondola in the middle of the town.
Went hiking around, there are some easily marked trails.
I also liked the comics museum.

Small very quite village in between more lively Arinsal and...
Small very quite village in between more lively Arinsal and La Massana each only a half hour or so walk away. Handy free places to park if you wanted to explore the walking tracks. Easy base to drive to other locations. There seems to be some road improvements being configured that should improve the access but neither of the works to the North to Arinsal or South to La Massana are causing or look likely to any disruption to existing traffic flows.

Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old.
Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old.
The resort is very good for beginners and intermediates.
Everyone working here in all areas seemed friendly.
We all had ski school which was all at the same time and oddly morning four hours lessons were split to 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-16:00. This meant a lot of time was wasted dropping off kids and getting to lessons/waiting for people to arrive as it was twice per day. And we couldn't really go do anything else if we wanted to attend the afternoon hour lesson. Our instructors were all very good during the lessons though.
We also paid for lockers at the top of the gondola but they didn't open till 15 minutes before lessons started 5 minutes away, resulting in a mad rush of lots of people trying to get ski boots on in a small space all at the same time.
The resort was not that busy when we were there, but the bars/restaurants on the slopes filled very quickly and it was often a wait to get a table for lunch.
Facilities were all pretty good otherwise.

We stayed in La Massana for the mountain bike championships...
We stayed in La Massana for the mountain bike championships for ease of access to the cable cars and event. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. I would recommend Grupetta cafe and Babek restaurant. The views all around are stunning!!

WE LOVE ERTS AS YOU HAVE A RELATIVELY PEACEFUL AREA BUT WITH EASY ACCESS TO ARINSAL FOR SKI HIRE, A SUPERMARKET,BARS AND RESTAURANTS. WE SKI AT ARCALIS WHICH IS 18 KM FROM THE HOTEL IN ERTS.
ACCESS TO VALLNORD (ARINSAL & PAL) IS EASY FOR THOSE WANTING TO SKI IN THESE TWO RESORTS.
EASY ACCESS INTO THE CAPITAL EITHER BY CAR OR A REGULAR BUS SERVICE.

Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level.
Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level. Beginners will blossom with fantastic ski schools. Intermediates can ski in Arinsal and take the gondola across to Pal on the other side of the mountain so more choice of skiing. Great bars and food in the restaurants is excellent. And super value for money compared to Other ski resorts.

La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want...
La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want to be outside of ALV (whch is only a 15 minute drive). It's got a good selection of restaurants and shops, and it's easy to get around to see the rest of the country from there. We were there in the fall, before ski season started, so enjoyed lots of color and little traffic.
