Perfect location, just a few steps from the Leaning Tower. Beautiful building with elevator, top floor, nice view and bright rooms. Bigger room, what we expected. Clean and comfortable! The breakfast was also nice, we can't taste everything because of the abundance :) There are also coffee and tea options in the rooms inside plus a small fridge. Luca and the staff is very nice and helpful!

The design was beautiful, it was clear that every detail had been thought out in order to give guests maximum comfort. The staff was friendly, informative and attentive - they even made sure to have a vegan croissant for breakfast to suit my dietary restrictions. Breakfast was definitely the best we experienced in tuscany- in terms of variety, taste and aesthetic. Location was perfect. All in all one of our best stays in tuscany!

The location was great, with parking right there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The size was great too. It was a small cosy hotel i the old town. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The night guard was so helpful, morning reception staff was incredibly nice. The bed and room were perfect. I can’t recommend this property enough!
