Staff were very helpful and communicated well with quick replies etc to any messages. The apartment was very clean. There is a washing machine like we have in UK (fully automatic!) which was a pleasant surprise. The AC works well in both rooms - bedroom and living room also. The manager also kindly let us leave our luggage in the place as we had a late flight - this was extremely kind and much appreciated.

All our rooms are airy, air-conditioned and we also have one of the biggest rooftops you will find in any hostel! Everything you need can be found down the road as we are also located in the middle of the biggest (Non-Touristic) Local market. Our stay was warm and enjoyable! The hostel team took care of everything and made us feel at home.

From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly and helpful, in every area of the business; security, baggage staff, reception, cafe, all really nice people. The venue is very beautiful, especially when dressed for Christmas, and the staff all wear beautiful uniforms. I actually got incredibly sick on my last night and I couldn't have asked for more help and support from the night receptionist - she deserves a medal as I was in tears. She called the doctor, had some meds driven over for me, had things brought to my room and when I checked out even asked if I needed her to call anyone at home because I was travelling alone and about to take a long flight. I'm sure this goes above the usual 'check out checklist'. Really comfy beds, a great shower, also and delicious food, we even had an Indian flute player for breakfast one day!

Also walking distance to the train and in a very quiet residential area. If you stay here and love food… try Tamak for some INCREDIBLE midrange dining around the corner.
