It offers luxurious amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols where guests can relax. What can I say? Perentzada is the jewel of Vathy. By the time we came back from breakfast the rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was all homemade with a wide selection and absolutely delicious. Antonis was on top of everything and constantly attending to the guests needs and always available. The lovely Katerina always at breakfast showing us such hospitality we have not known elsewhere. She is priceless. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a stay in Ithaca. Nothing negative to say. Congratulations to all!

A quick phone call to the owner, and 2 minutes later, we were met by a smiling George, who let us in and showed us round a spotlessly clean and very well appointed apartment on the first floor. Things like shower gel and soap, cooking facilities, coffee machine, and towels are all provided, and a nice, big, comfortable bed.. The best bit (as George told us) was the terrace, with a great view of Vathy and a fabulous sunset. We will definitely stay here again.

It'is equipped with necessary tools that you need for a few days, such as kitchen tools, drying rack, washing machine, hair dryer etc. The hostes were friendly and helpful. They answered immediately for our questions. They helped in everything. We would choose this accomodation again. I recommend everybody.
