This town lets you feel like you taking a step back in time, in a storybook. The flat was equipt with everything we needed, and very well-kept and clean.

Located a few minutes walk away from town and port, it's quiet, beautifully and privately set with its own pool amid trees in the grounds of a grand mansion. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful and all that one would hope for. The hotel itself is the wonderfully well converted stables of the mansion. I cannot speak too highly of the wonderful few days my wife and I spent here. Highly recommended.

Hotel Embarcadero is set in a former Basque mansion in Las Arenas, in the heart of the coastal town of Getxo. There is easy transport to central Bilbao via Gobela and Areeta Metro Stations. The room had the best see view I could imagine for this trip. The room was very spacious and very well designed. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly with a lot of can do attitude

The property is steps away from the harbour, shops, cafes, supermarkets. The apartment was lovely inside, the kitchen was amply stocked with cooking utensils and crockery and there was even things like coffee, sugar, tea on hand, and milk in the fridge! We were given a gift of chocolates and snacks, shown how everything worked, supplied with lots of ideas on what to see. We enjoyed the town and the beautiful Urdaibai reserve and surroundings. Eskerrik asko!!!
