This review is written by me but is headlined by Kathryn my friend who made the booking. 🤔La Casa de Amelia is a first rate operation. I stayed there for 9 nights very recently. There are three reasons why I rate this hostal so highly. Firstly, comfort. I had a full one bedroom apartment with all amenities. The unit is bright, very high ceilings, excellent AC, full kitchen, clean and has great Galápagos character. Secondly, value. This is incredible value! Thirdly and most of all, the hosts - they are such a charming and real couple. Anita and her husband Danielle are the real deal. They are most gracious. Thank you guys.

Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Each room comes with a patio with sea views and free WiFi. Nice location, a bit outside but not far from the city center. So it was quiet but not remote.

Boasting accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, Homestay Natural Paradise habitación 1 is set in San Cristobal. The enviroment was absolutely amazing, the quite in the middle of all the nature was exactly what I looked for, the city is 8 minutes away on bicycles (Which they provide you with for free). Run by an incredible couple, I enjoyed my stay here very much

It is set 1.8 km from Mann and features private check-in and check-out. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a housekeeping service for guests. Super clean and comfortable and so friendly! I was able to borrow a snorkel and do laundry too which was massively appreciated. It's a little walk from the main street and nice to be further away from the busy area. Also within easy walking distance of the airport. Overall, excellent value.

Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment has family rooms. Very spacious comfortable apartment! Great location on the main road, just up from the waterfront and all the sea lions. It has good wifi, screens on the windows--and we just kept them open for the breeze and didn't need any ac. Super close to the airport and right in town. Loved it!

A recently renovated property, Casa Puka is set in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno near Oro Beach, Mann and Playa de los Marinos. This guest house provides a shared lounge. The guest house offers a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The house was spotless—Luisa did an amazing job keeping everything clean. It’s about an 8 to 10-minute walk from the pier, but if you don’t feel like walking, taxis are very affordable—just $2 flat between the town and the house, and $2.50 to the airport. The water pressure was excellent, and there was always plenty of hot water. We found two nearby markets perfect for grabbing snacks and breakfast items. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the area was quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The internet was fast and consistent throughout our stay. Luisa is incredibly kind and attentive—she goes out of her way to learn your name and is always available if you need anything. The only small item I can recommend is having a small shelf inside the shower for toiletries.
