Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. The reception was excellent given our very late arrival. This standard continued. We had a very pleasant room of good size with a view.

Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana bevindt zich in Guayaquil, niet ver van Santa Ana Park en Santa Ana Hill Lighthouse, en biedt een tuin. I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom with good shower, kitchen you can use to cook. The flat is well clean. Location is next to a mall and not far from the airport and bus station. Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!

Villa 97 guayaquil Suites y Habitaciones Económicas Cerca del Aeropuerto is gelegen in Guayaquil, op 5,4 km van Iglesia San Francisco en 6 km van Malecón 2000. We needed a place close to the airport in Guayaquil and Villa 97 was just perfect! The owners are super nice and helpful, the accomodation is beautiful and clean and the breakfast was most delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer in Guayaquil (we did not feel unsafe at all) and will definitely come back to this place if we can.
