Beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Puerto Viejo, excellent location, walking distance from the main restaurants in downtown PV. Decoration, and room details superb. The bedding and pillows very comfortable as well. The breakfast delicious as well.

Siquirres Mountain Lodge in Siquirres biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras en een bar. We had a lovely time at Siquirres Mountain Lodge. Inge and her family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property and grounds are beautiful. It’s a few miles out of Siquirres but easy to get to by car, and only 10 mins away from the starting point for our white water rafting trip (with Exploradores - which we would also highly recommend! 😄). There is a nice local restaurant less than 5 mins walk down the road, where we ate on both nights. We also took Inge’s horses out for a guided ride which was a lovely experience with beautiful views over the hills to Turialba. All in all a wonderful couple of days - and we would recommend very highly. Thank you! 😄

Mecca is gelegen in Puerto Viejo, op 8 minuten lopen van Playa Negra, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een buitenzwembad en een tuin. I stayed at Casita de Flores (the one-bedroom cottage). It was beautiful. The decor and layout were great and perfect for one person. There's AC, not fan, which is appreciated. Also, the grounds are lovely, very cultural and intimate. The owner Kim showed us around and gave a tour of the two-bedroom cottage and the area. It's Black owned (from an American woman), which I liked and wanted to support. I'm glad I did.

A unique place to explore Tortuguero. Primo and his family are lovely people and were very helpful to make our trip a very nice stay for us as family with two teenage daughters. It's a place where you can enjoy the quietness in the middle of the beautiful nature. A nice breakfast, great excursions with Angelo as local guide, ....

Cabañas Daneysha bevindt zich in Tortuguero en heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een restaurant, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Sergio and Gloria are amazing hosts! We had a wonderful stay in Daneysha and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained, family friendly and hospitable guesthouse when visiting Tortuguero. Also highly recommend Sergio as a guide to the national park.
