Firstly, Arman, from day reception, was excellent. He was very informative and responsive even before we arrived. He was so friendly and helpful, and he really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel offers it's own tours and Arman was excellent at organising all the tours we went on. They were excellent and reasonably priced. Arman especially had great advice on our air-balloon trip. The hotel itself was fabulous. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great, and the ladies in the breakfast room were so sweet and friendly. The hotel is well-positioned, being just a short walk to the main road through the town. We really had the most wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cappadocia.

Went with Friend (both females). Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. The room was amazing. Very quiet and beautifully decorated. The entrance, the courtyard and the terasse are just such a treat to the eyes I really felt on vacation. For breakfast the food is great very tasty and the kitchen staff is great. The tour proposed by the hotel just fit seemlessly into the day. Going to the Balloon at sunrise will give you more than enough time to be brought back to the hotel, have almost 2 hours to eat and the be picked up by the guide for a tour! The guides were also great at their job. Good to know : The panorama viewpoint is 2/3 minutes on foot from the hotel which is great for sunset (the view from the hotel at sunset and sunrise is also amazing). The hotel really is near everything you might need. We were able to fit everything we planned to do in 3 days. With the last day being mostly shopping and relaxing. It was intense but so worth it so I'm very thankful for the staff. Also, the shuttle service to the airport proposed by the hotel (10€) really is a great bargain so don't hesitate to take it. Taxi from the airport will sometime propose 5 time this price. We had such a great time. Would recommend !

We arrived by bus very early, at 8 am we planned to leave our things and go for a walk. The hotel is easy to find thanks to street signs. This part of the city is beautiful. It was nice that the hotel reception was open and a pleasant young man checked us in immediately. We are so grateful for this. The room and outside space are cozy. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

The location was amazing, being able to see the balloons in the morning. Loved our room with the open fire, which we lit each evening. Good choice of Turkish food for breakfast and affordable laundry service. Easy walk down to the restaurants and cafes.

1. The boss and manager, Onur, is such a handsome and nice man. 2. All the staff, including the family and others, are all great, always willing and ready to help. 3. The rooms in the cave are quite unique. 4. They provide plenty of options for foods for breakfast. 5. We were 5 persons together. And all of us enjoyed our stay here. Missing my time in Goreme. Will definitely go back again.

It was my first time in Goreme and I feel very lucky to have chosen this hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The warmth and sincerity that welcomes you from the moment you enter makes you feel how carefully the hotel is run. In terms of design, it is full of both aesthetic and functional details. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and furnished with quality materials. The sunset view I watched from the balcony in the evenings was really mesmerising. The pool was one of the areas I enjoyed the most during the holiday. As for the staff, it was very nice to meet such a caring, kind and energetic team. The whole team was friendly and sincere, as if they were people I had known for a long time. They helped me with every question with great patience and sincerity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the magic of Goreme. It is an ideal place for those who want to both relax and explore the region.
