Beautiful, authentic and wild place right next to the safari park. The host is fantastic, really kind and welcoming and made great food!! The place is rustic but very clean and all adds to the feeling of being immersed in the jungle.

Where do I begin... What an experience! We were picked up exactly at the time they said by the great jeep that already put us in the safari mood. We were expexting a nice tent but were blown away by the size of the tent and how comfortable it was. The dinner was nice as was the lunch the next day, but we didn´t come for food. THE BEST things were the night walk (scary!!!!) and the safari tour the next day and we had a great guide, Jelo, who made it extra fun and informative. Great sense of humor and an all round great guy! We saw the leopard! And monkeys, water buffalos, crocodiles, the list is long. The scenery took our breath away. Everything ran like clock work, very professional and friendly.

The room is fantastic. The food is fantastic. Gabriel is a wonderful host. We were lucky to meet him and the whole family and he made us feel at home right away. If you want to see Yala National Park, The Den at Yala is the place to stay: very close to the park and high standard quality. I will definitely recommend to stay there.

Location in jungle few km outside Kataragama, Beautiful Romantic Naturel Clay House quiet place - very clean big room, nice fancy bathroom separate also clean and nice design. They've made everything for nature products wich is wonderfull. The Lady Host gives very good service hospitality she is kind friendly helpfull. Lasanthe (husband) has tuktuk and drive you in very friendly way. I like to come again and reccommend high on the list. From Lady I got some tea and fruits
