Getting there by private car was a challenge, google maps is simply not accurate. Best way is to contact resort before. The team is outstanding, booked only a day before and they managed to make us feel at home. Will come back for sure

I don't know where to begin.. I came here for 1 night to hike, stayed 3 nights and didn't do a single hike. It was too good to stay with Nero's family, volunteer there and at the pre school, share meals, meditate, go for walks, play with the kids... I have never felt more at home in Sri Lanka than here. If you go there, take your time, help around, enjoy real kindness and sharing. I can't thank you enough for my time at your place ❤️ This is a safe place to stay as a solo female traveler!

Sarath and his wife Deepthi are the most delightful hosts. We had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home in the jungle. We had a steam massage (highly recommended) and Sarath took us for walks around his spice plantation. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and chill, and you are looked after so well. Deepthi’s cooking is amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I really felt like my home in a different planet. You will feel like everything around you. You can bring your food and cook all the electric appliances are there ..i felt like staying more but i will go there again..very very very romantic atmosphere. KandyLiving Villa was the best place we stayed at during our trip through Sri Lanka. Sandy and her family are lovely people who made sure we felt very welcome. We were expected with a welcome drink and a tour through her beautiful vegetables and fruit garden. The room was very tidy and looked exactly as beautiful as the pictures. The breakfast was really the best we had in Sri Lanka and we were able to try many delicious local dishes. All in all it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend to go there.
