Amazing experience. Such a good and confortable place to be. Everything is new, everything is clean. The staff is amazing. We were really well welcomed, the best stay we had in Sri Lanka! Also has a rooftop to have meals or drinks with a really good environment and view :)

This is not just a homestay; it's a truly inviting home. The hosts, Sir and Ma’am, have a beautiful property that harmonizes with nature and tranquility. Their house is exceptionally clean, which adds to its charm. Once we arrived in Kandy, we didn't feel the need to leave the property. We are grateful to Ma’am for the wonderful breakfast and meals. KandyLiving Villa was the best place we stayed at during our trip through Sri Lanka. Sandy and her family are lovely people who made sure we felt very welcome. We were expected with a welcome drink and a tour through her beautiful vegetables and fruit garden. The room was very tidy and looked exactly as beautiful as the pictures. The breakfast was really the best we had in Sri Lanka and we were able to try many delicious local dishes. All in all it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend to go there.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved the balcony and having a super delicious breakfast there enjoying the views and birds around was just so great! The location is a bit off the main city but we really enjoyed this as it wasn't so busy and the rice fields close by were a perfect place for sunset. On top of this, Sri and his family are so kind and helpful with everything! We were also able to rent a scooter which was really helpful too! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing Homestay! The room was clean, modern and comfortable with incredible views from the balcony. The hosts are incredible! They are friendly and they really make you feel like part of the family. All the meals I had there were super delicious. It is a bit out of Kandy so it is really peaceful and quiet. I loved it. I also think this would be a great place for people who want to do remote work.

This is a real hotel feeling stay. Very friendly welcome. Maxi and the chef are so sweet. Loved the location, close to busy Kandy (walking distance to Relic of Tooth) but far enough to have a quite and peaceful stay. The view is really amazing, no matter which room you have, same for breakfast (it's served outside with the stunning view). The rooms are very neat and the bathroom is really nice, hot shower and strong water 💪🏼
