Exceptional villa design, extraordinary hospitality of Irosh and his family. We had an amazing time here, highly recommended. AC in every room, very clean rooms and bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, dining and living rooms. Our experience was wonderful at this family hotel. They made us feel at home, were super attentive, Chamod is a 10 uncle, helped us in many things and got us everything we asked for nothing in return something not so usual. The mother cooks very well, she prepared us a delicious breakfast. The room was clean and cozy. A 10 for family and place, very recommendable.

We booked this villa for our family holiday and this is really best place, if you like a rest closer to the nature! You will not need a TV, cause the "National geographic" will shows directly from the verand )) The villa having very comfortable and creative design, with perfect pool and palms outside. Quiet place with fantastic lake view! Sampath and his team always ready to do all you need for the best and comfortable rest! The beautiful kitchen, cleaning and ready to fix ALL your's requests (really, guys was ready to bring us a coffee at 4.00 a.m.!) No one problem with contact, booking, payment, check in/out. Also from this location you can easy reach many interesting places (turtle beach, tsunami museum, Galle fort and e.t.c.) by car or taxi.

It takes to set properly as families tend to come 5/6 Days so there’s not a daily change of guests, u can arrive that house has been closed for days.
