The location of this property is 40 minutes from Magome where we wanted to do the Magome to Tsumago walk. We chanced it in a random regional town and it’s been our most favourite house on our two week trip! The host was super friendly and helpful. The house is a genuine old (but amazing) Japanese house. It was also stocked with food and drinks and local rice to purchase. Would rate this 12/10 if we could!! We’ll be back for sure. Make sure you try the restaurant 50 metre walk down the road, Restaurant 88.

I love the property, its spacious and comfortable. The owner and his mum were very welcoming and the property was spotlessly clean.

Very beautiful sights. Well stocked and cheap snacks/drinks bar. Entire house to stay in. Exceptionally relaxing with shrines/walks around.

The house was very cosy and the hosts were lovely people. We were so well received and we had a very comfortable stay. We recommend it a lot.
