Great location, air conditioning, good Italian breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The bus station is very close, tickets are available at the camping, helpful personal. 10 minutes by bus to Piazzale Roma Venezia. Parking place next to the bungalow. Nice patio with table and chairs.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and big bathroom with shower. The first evening we had pasta in the restaurant and everything was delicious. Breakfast was not enormous but very good and enough for most people with different taste. Good coffee. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite, giving us directions and tips what to see and do during our visit in the old town. The hotels location is excellent with bus nr 7 direct to Venice old town just across the street. Private ”free of charge” parking with camera surveillance and EV-charging available for only €15.

The apartment is clean and equipped with all things that you may need. The location is great with a few minutes' walk to the bus stop where you can get the bus to Venice in 15 minutes. The host is also very warm and communication is also great. There are supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes nearby which make the holiday much easier.

Very spatious and modern appartment, confortably furnished, kitchen fully functional. 3 minutes to the bus, and 20 minutes travel by bus and the funny tramway with only one single rail to the heart of Venice. The host Giuseppe gave us very good indications for our stay in Venice. All in all: very good place to be, we will for sure come back.

Parking is very secure, they allowed us to park although the apartment was not ready, so that we can go sight seeing first. There is a direct bus that runs into Venice just a few steps from the apartment. Felt very safe. Apartment was spacious, clean, looks newly renovated. There is even a small washing machine, with a full set up kitchen. The balcony was very big. Check in was at the hotel opposite the apartment. I will stay here again if I returned.

It was a pleasure to stay at this place. The host was the best. We received all the information on Whatsapp and , although we landed late it wasn’t a problem for them to pick us up. The rooms were very clean and equipped, we had one of the best experiences, especially because the accommodation is really close to all the places we wanted to visit, at a right price.
