Great apartment in lovely Bellano, close to the train station and lake shore, supermarket across the road. The apartment is a good size, really clean and modern and well equipped. We loved our stay here - and Bellano is a great base for Lake Como, much nicer than the busier lake towns

My solo trip to Lake Como was made unforgettable by my stay at this gem of an apartment. Perched right on the lake's edge, the location was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views that were worth every penny. The apartment was immaculately clean, with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. The room was incredibly well-equipped, truly feeling like a home away from home. Beyond the usual amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and quality toiletries, it also featured a full kitchen setup. All cooking utensils were provided, along with a coffee machine and coffee pods, so you may enjoy a morning brew with a view. The check-in process was incredibly simple and and the host was absolutely fantastic. He was readily available if I needed anything, though everything was so well-organized that I didn't need to call on him. Host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat on Lake Como with the option for self-catering and a truly outstanding host, this hotel is an absolute must stay!

Nice little cozy studio, on the shore of Lake Como. Well equipped kitchen, with everything one may need, toiletries, easy check in and access to the location. Great location, a few steps to the train station and bus stop, with easy to reach shops and restaurants near by. Wonderful host, very easy to communicate to and very friendly and helpful. Bellano is a wonderful little town, quieter and more peaceful than other more well known locations on Lake Como, but definitely is worth a visit.

Lake Como is always busy during summertime and getting a place in the heart of the major towns like Verenna, Melagio and Belagio can be really very expensive. An alternate is find a place in near by town which I really recommend if wish to experience the real side of lake Commo. So we decided to stay in a town which is short 10 mins drive from Varenna, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel apartment in Lake Como, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area made it easy to feel at home, and the private balcony offered breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning panorama each morning was truly a highlight of our trip. One of the standout features of this accommodation was its perfect location. Nestled in a quiet, scenic area, it provided a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close 10 mins drive to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Overall, our stay at this Lake Como hotel apartment was nothing short of exceptional. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway in one of the most picturesque destinations in the world. Thank you for making our Lake Como experience so unforgettable. We flew to Milan and then took two trains, one to Milan Centrale and the next to Bellano, the accommodation about a 7 minute walk from the station. The location of the apartment was perfect, each room had an amazing view of the lake (not the bathroom though), with a beautiful back drop of the hills and mountains. All the rooms were nicely appointed. Ferry port just across the road which was very handy. Little deli and bakery a couple of doors down, so we would pick up freshly baked bread daily, along with other bits. A few cafe bars and restaurants all within walking distance. It was the perfect base and nice to come away to a quieter place at the end of the day. You are right on top of the Orrido di Bellano gorge which is worth a visit. Good base for Bellagio, Varenna and Mennagio which we did all by ferry. Trains and ferries ran to time for us. I emailed the host a couple of times and he got back to us very promptly. If I get the opportunity, I would stay there again.
