Perfect for a home stay close to the very popular Sahakari spice gardens. What a lovely family and so helpful. The house is modern and of the best quality. We went out one evening as shops bars and even a swimming pool were close by and although the walkways are typically Indian we felt safe walking to and fro.

I had booked this place for my parents who were on a pilgrimage to Goa for the exposition of St. Francis Xavier's relics. The wonderful and courteous front office staff of Michelle and Rishi were there to welcome my folks and see them to their room, overlooking a well maintained garden. They also accommodated our request for an early check-in and late check out to match the onward and return flights. Check in was very smooth. The chef and staff Sumeet were there to manage any personalised meal requests, especially as they were elderly. Each meal was prepared with care and love. The hotel guided us on local tourist information and also provided us with a rental car that was clean. My folks really felt at home, and I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and would definitely rebook this property the next time we visit Goa.

We liked everything about the property be it location, decor, cleanliness, breakfast at the property and everything else. I had high hopes with this stay and this property went beyond those. Lovely place to have a relaxed vacation in South Goa. Jorge who owns this place is amazing host who came and met us and gave a little background about the place and the home. This is definitely a kind of place, where I would like to come back again and again. Oh My God!! This place is a thing of beauty. I loved everything about this place. The food was great. No issues with security. Very affordable as well and the staff were the best. The rooms are very spacious with an amazing view of the river. The staff went out of their way to assist me in various ways you can not imagine. They are so friendly and caring. I was heartbroken to leave after my stay ended because I knew I was going to miss this place so much. Thank you for making my stay in Goa very wonderful and see you again. Cheers!!
