Such a cute place. Big pool, tastefully decorated rooms. It was a pleasure to come home every day. The staff was so friendly and ready to help with all of my wishes. They cleaned the room every day. I was supposed to stay one night but extended for eight! Location was great, close to the beach but far enough from the mosque so the noise didn’t disturb my sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sampai Jumpa. The hotel is brand-new, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the owner, Lella, and her staff. The room seems to have been carefully planned - thoughtful design and comfort. It's spacious, tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the use of natural materials like bamboo and wood added a tropical feel. Small touches, such toiletries produced with natural ingredients made the experience even more special. I also loved the big shower. And everything was very clean. I had to work for a day during my stay, and the wi-fi in the room was good enough for that (emails, calls, etc.) The location is great, nestled in a tranquil part of the Island, conveniently close to the beach, yet far enough from the main tourist spots to provide a serene, private atmosphere. In addition, the hotel has two very nice swimming pools where you can spend a few hours relaxing. Everything about the hotel was impeccable, and it’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into making every guest’s experience extraordinary. I highly recommend Sampai Jumpa for anyone looking to experience the best of Gili Air.

Recently stayed at Lasai Villas on Gili Air at the 4-room Villa. The villas are brand new, super spacious and luxurious, with a large private pool, a fully furnished kitchen, a big garden and a second floor terrace to enjoy the sunset. But what truly impressed us was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and organizing excursions and activities around the island. They offer exceptional value. Definitely, we will be back!!!

A really amazing location! Right on a lovely quiet part of the island, literally on the beach! Sunset is there or just slightly down the road. A quality breakfast for very good value!The Indonesian manager was incredible, he was so friendly, helpful and works so so hard to keep the place perfect and the customers happy!

The service provided is the best we have experienced on our travels. There is quick reply Whatsapp communications available to help with all your needs and the staff is very thoughtful. They really can accommodate all your needs; electric motorbike, extra pillows and a nice all day menu with very tasty food for example. At one point we had a medical issue and the staff was so kind to bring us to a clinic and even left a fruit platter in our room the next day. This really gave us a 5 star experience. The location is amazing. Right in front of the beach with 2 private lounge chairs and a parasol. It is nice and quiet because there is a nice green garden between the bungalow and the beach. The bed is very comfortable, there is a modern tv with Netflix, the AC works well, and the room is spacious. We would definitely recommend this place a lot!
