There were 3 options for breakfast, that we could select the day before by letting the hosts know. The location is amazing, the view of the mountains is mesmerizing, was very relaxing to sit and drink tea from the terrace. Also is quite close to Telavi and other monuments like the Monastery of Alaverdi or the New and old Shuamta's Monasteries. There is a nice restaurant close to the chalets as well as a traditional winery.

I loved the location. It's just below the fortress and has a view to the mountains. The guesthouse is an old, stately home, and I had it to myself. My room was spacious and well heated. The old-fashioned bathroom had a bathtub and plenty of hot water. There's a large kitchen, too, and a balcony where I could enjoy the bottle of wine gifted by my host, a nice gentleman who used Google Translate to communicate. Thanks also to Maria, who attended to all my needs. In short, a tranquil, restful stay!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Chateau Resse for 2 nights. We wholeheartedly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and welcoming company (as well as the tasty wine). Vladimir, Anna, and their dogs made us feel right at home! Breakfast was great, and we also enjoyed a super tasty dinner at the location. Pool and balcony are amazing for relaxing and enjoying the view. Especially but not only when the weather is great. Parking is easy. Rooms are clean, cozy, and smell like fresh wood.
