Spacious apartment, fully equipped with a huge balcony with sea view. Confortable beds, which I rarely find while on vacation. Ac working well so we were always confortable inside despite the heat outside. Mosquito nets in the doors and windows ensure the insects were kept outside. Jose, the host, was available to help at all times and give suggestions on activities for the holidays. Close to restaurants and other relevant stores in Sal Rei. All withing walking distance. And the best right in front of Praia do Estoril which is amazing!

The apartment was perfect for two people, comfortable bed, quite big bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. Rooftop view is amazing. The location is perfect - 1min from the beach. José is very nice, he takes care of anything you need, responds very quickly and makes the stay problem free.

The room was the perfect size for a working traveler or a couple with a a nice bedroom and big living room/kitchen. The outside area is super cute and it’s close to the beach and the city. Great value for money! But the real gem of the property is its owner. Fabio is helpful, sweet, and goes above and beyond what a host usually provides. It was so nice! Just perfect if you're looking for a beautiful and quiet place. Beautifully built and decorated, and comfortable cos not too big En well equipped. An amazing terrace, nice little kitchen... I did not like the pillows though... Direct acces to a peaceful beach where you can swim.

I spent just over two weeks at Vilas na areia in early March 2023 and really enjoyed my time there. Rosella and Antonio are very friendly and helpful hosts, and as mentioned in other reviews, the accommodation is very cosy and super clean. Breakfast (at additional cost) was wonderful and proximity to town and beaches good. I had a small kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, sink and kitchen essentials in my apartment. Internet was good, there was no TV which was perfectly fine for me. Communication before and during my stay was great. Both are very approachable, just speak to them if anything is missing or needed. I would definitely recommend Vilas na areia and would love to go back some time in the future.
