The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, I didn’t want to leave. It stated there was an iron and hairdryer in the room but there was not. However it was no problem for staff to provide them though once asked. The breakfast was also great, and the pool area had great views. You do have to make a reservation for a pool bed as there are only 6. It does have parking which is handy, it is very small/tight area so be mindful.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. We were there for Carnival and they had decorated the hotel and gave out free shot glasses which was a lovely gesture. The food at the restaurant was great value and tasty, we had lunch there everyday. The breakfast included was a typical colombian breakfast. They provided room service each day, making our bed.

My suite is very convenient for what I need, the bedroom being separated from the living room allowed me to use the living room area to get some work done very comfortably. It’s also very convenient if you’re going to receive a visitor; no feeling of being confined in a small room. Great design concept for a hotel. It feels more like being in an apartment rather than being in a hotel room.
