We LOVE this place! For my friends it was definitely love at the first sight and we are already talking about coming again. The view is stunning and the rooms are so nicely decorated. It's also nice with the minibar full of Redbull drinks. The restaurant is also very cozy.

Early check in was super convenient and location was great. Room was a bit pricey but it was great quality, bed very soft and warm. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and my bus ticket to Salzburg was included in my stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to St Gilgen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay in the Penthouse. The location is perfect: we took the bus from Salzburg and the walk to the apartment was short and easy, even with luggage. The apartment is large, well furnished with many antiques, and the kitchen is well-equipped. (There is a Spar within an easy walking distance of about 10 minutes with everything from toiletries to a cheese and meat counter and small bakery.) The photos in the booking.com listing are accurate – each window has a different view of beautiful Sankt Gilgen, with the best view being from the balcony and dining area. Michael is a super host and prompt communicator. Best cakes ever in Nannerls’ Café!
