The perfect location for a long weekend! Nice atmosphere with amazing views from the balcony and sauna, amazing food with many veggie options, good drinks. The Kufstein Card is included, which grants you access to many sights (e.g. the nostalgic chair lift). We had no problems with the check-in, as many commented before. Quite the contrary, the online system is efficient and fast. The hike up is not too exhausting, but I would not advice to carry your luggage. The staff was very friendly and prepared a very cute engagement dinner table for us - THANK YOU! We will be back :)

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to accommodate a last minute change to our booking which was totally my own fault. Not only did she help us on that account, but she also went above and beyond in all other aspects of our stay and all that despite being short on staff due to illness. Massive thank you for this!
