Every apartment at this hotel offers a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen cable TV. Every residence also comes with a private bathroom with toiletries. Room is spacious and inspiring. It was great to see that the room was cleaned every day, really inspiring to have some great vinyls that you can play with the seats close to the bedroom where really comfortable to read relax after a good day at work the kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is big enough to store everything that is really necessary or even the unnecessary. The oven and the microwaves are quite practical as well.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Shawn, the bellboy, who greeted us every day with a smile and a kind word. His warm, positive energy made a lasting impression, he made us feel at home every time we returned to the hotel. Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. I loved that it's in a very quiet, safe area and close to everything. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was room service every day and that they provided bottles of water every day (very useful if you plan to go out walking and sightseeing). In addition, the staff was always very friendly and attentive. I also loved that there were staff at the front desk and security at the entrance. I would love to return to this hotel when I go back to New York.

The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!
