This is a delightful resort situated deep in Wadi Al Arbeieen. It's a delightful spot to relax, to take walks, go swimming, ride a bike, and other simple entertainments. It's hard to beat just relaxing under the magnificent sidr tree which is a special feature of the terrace area of this resort. The food is simple but tasty and plentiful. The rooms (16 of them in total) are quite small, but very comfortable and adequate with all the most important provisions. The manager, Shihad, runs an excellent business and is sensitive to the issues that are involved in running a hotel close to a small local village and in an environment of outstanding beauty - but this is his home so he is very caring. I strongly recommend a night here and in the cooler months you could also spend a couple of days here if you just wanted to "chill".

Not only is it a lovely hotel with a large lobby, but the staff were exceptional. Each and every staff we encountered went above and beyond for us, truly making our stay so wonderful. The facilities were also great - varied gym equipment, large pool, great spa. Apologies as there are so many staff so could not remember all names, but we do want to give a special shout out to Naveen who was an exceptional waiter during our breakfast session, and he was so sweet too!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has valet parking, which creates complete comfort for your stay. There is a super nice rooftop bar with very beautiful views. In my opinion, everything was great.

Free private parking is available at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The location and the facilities of the hotel are excellent. The staff are helpful and very kind. The hotel itself has a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely one of the top hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the facilities were flawless, and the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. They even surprised us with a cake for my wife's birthday, which made it extra special. The views were breathtaking from every angle, especially during sunset.
