Additionally, he’s a great guide and knew the best time to organise the Jebel Shams hike being a local. The accommodation was equipped with fast wifi (not that you would need it in a serene location like this) - specifically, the sunset was spectacular. Generous dinner & breakfast sets were delivered to the guesthouse. Lastly, a big shout out to Salman’s brother who helped me drive my 2WD down the mountain (should have definitely gotten a 4WD) to the city and accompanied me to Al Hoota caves as well 🙏
