Walk down and the Onetangi beach is right there. Super social hostel with many on whv. We played the lord of the rings edition of monopoly that we borrowed from reception and it was really fun! The shared showers were very hot and powerful. The bedroom was warm once we had the heater on. Diego, the manager was so kind!!

Just an incredible place - 'cabin' is understating it. The views across to Auckalnd and Rangitoto alone are worth the price, but it's the little touches that make this place special: all the fittings are metal where possible, the finishing is exceptional, and the wine is from across the road. It gave our stay a feeling of luxury and care that was beyond the price. It was also probably the best bed we've ever had - it shaped itself to us in a way neither of us had experienced before.

This 4-star holiday home offers private entrance. This place is perfect. The chalet was bigger than expected. Super clean. Wonderful bed and bathroom. The view was magical. And at night the stars gazing wonderful. This place is perfect for a romantic, stress free break. And then there's the Canbana bath ... What a treat. The hosts, Steve and Hiedi went above and beyond to make this special.

The apartment was spacious and I loved being surrounded by green plants and trees—as well as having a grapefruit tree outside my window. The proprietor was gracious and generous, and yes her cakes at tea time were truly wonderful!!

They were always available to help and answered any questions we had. Great service. Room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Very good view and good location. Just a few minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary bottle of bubbles definitely enhanced our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing stay at Waiheke.
