The owners are very friendly and like to accommodate you as much as possible. We had our laundry done and had a delicious dinner and royal breakfast at their restaurant. The communal pool area is also very nice. Highly recommended!

Some rooms feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. All units include views of the garden. Rooms include a private bathroom equipped with a shower. For the location alone, this deserves a 10. Just across from Lions Rock, you can pop across the road and enter the property in no time. The room is as in the pictures, good data connectivity, and the shower is warm. I was worried about rain in the morning but got lucky so had an excellent hike up. Breakfast was amazing and the host super kind and helpful: arranged my transport to Kandy directly with them.

Location of hotel is amazing, walk distance to Lion rock and 20 min with tuk tuk to Dambulla caves. The room was spacious, clean, with amazing view. Breakfast in morning was amazing, homemade mix of western and traditional sri lankan dishes with fresh cut fruit. 10/10
