Great hotel near the Yamagata Station, about 5 minutes walk. The room was quite spacious and clean. It was easy to comunicate with the staff as they spoke perfect English. For breakfast we had to choose Western style set or Japanese style. We liked everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

King bed is good size. Bathroom was excellent. Located at the station with easy access to shopping and food. They have self laundry on 2 floors . Wonderful stay. Very comfortable.

Everything was just perfect, ReLabo cured me after everyday ski trip. Every staff was super friendly, the breakfast was the best I had ever had in Japan, the spa was amazing, the dinner exceeded my expectation, the room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely visit Aomori only for ReLabo for sure.

The hotel is pretty and pleasant, and check-in was straight forward. The room was well-designed and comfortable, and parking was convenient. They also provided a free ticket to the public onsens in town, which was a nice touch, and a light breakfast for free as well (tea/coffee/juices with small croissants and cake, which were suprisingly tasty).

Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This tiny house has EVERYTHING you need. Very thoughtfully furnished. Very comfortable futons and soft sheets. Clean as a whistle! Owner lives 5min away and came to help me when I got confused about how to get my key from the box attached to the side of the house. The owner responds to messages very promptly. There is a file folder with pictures and descriptions of places to eat at and stuff to do in the vicinity, even very clear directions for guests, which is super duper thoughtful. I highly recommend!. Tq Ms Aria!! It was a very good stay even though it was just one night.

We enjoyed our stay immensely in our excellent room. We appreciate the special services and thoughtfulness of Mr Owada & Mr Wataru. Owada-san went out of the way to secure a car rental for us (cars were all booked out as it was high Sakura season) and even drove us to the car rental company and stayed with us throughout to ensure we got all the rental car formalities done smoothly. They helped us with the navigation and direction for the places of interest we wanted to visit. I was given a surprise cake (very yummy!) and the lovely touch of a champagne for my birthday. They accommodated our breakfast requests - Mrs Owada's cooking was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfasts so much. Owada-san secured a lunch booking for us at Tenfuji (the best sushi restaurant in Aomori) - the food was superb! Upon leaving Hirosaki, I accidentally left my scarf on the train - Wataru made a special effort to retrieve it and posted it to me in Tokyo. They are truly excellent hoteliers who take the effort and time to ensure their guests fully enjoy their stay at their facility. Their above and beyond kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay and visit to Hirosaki very memorable. That is what sets them apart from the rest.
