The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern design, high-end electrical outlets, and a brand-new bathroom. Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Public parking is available outside the hotel. A bus stopping 100 meters away takes you to Pisa train station and the airport. It was clean, had all the facilites that we needed, the room is just like in the pictures. The room was always clean, and we even got fresh towels daily. There was crackers and wine in the room that we drank. There was no contact with the staff or the employees and we could check in at very very late because we didn't needed to meet. It was very nice that its a flexible place

Breakfast was definitely the best we experienced in tuscany- in terms of variety, taste and aesthetic. Location was perfect. All in all one of our best stays in tuscany!

The location was great, with parking right there. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The size was great too. It was a small cosy hotel i the old town. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
