The staff Belle and Frank were great ,we had Frank on wechat to answer and questions and Belle was our girl on the ground she was so sweet and spoke English, she even ordered us a didi to make our transport to the next hotel easier . The food at the restaurant was great huge portions and well priced. Belle have us some parting gifts to thank us for staying with them, all in all an amazing stay.

In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Our host was a super host. He took us to city tour and right on time also picked us and dropped back at the airport. Everything was so perfect. He even ordered Fish soup and rice for our lunch considering we only eat Halal

Everything was amazing and staff great and very polite and helpful! I wish we could stay longer in Chengdu. Hotel is minimalistic with a touch of tradition. Room is extra cozy and it is greatly equipped with everything you might need. Also there is a drinkable water machine to be set to the temperature of your liking. Breakfast is good. Great coffee. And the hotel is in a quiet surroundings we could hear birds out of the window.

The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. The location was excellent. The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions.

The rooms were very large - I especially enjoyed the shower section. I stayed with my partner and found the room very convenient but it could be more challenging for people uncomfortable sharing a washroom as the shower and sink area are not segregated. The hotel also provided cute panda keychains during our stay! We had delivery to the hotel and pick-up was convenient downstairs. There is also a small shop that sold buns and drinks next door. The room was very clean and the AC/Wi-Fi worked perfectly. We mostly took DiDi to get around and location was convenient for pick-up and drop-off.
